Hi! I’m Tobi 👋

I’m a system administrator and IT manager from Germany, and I originally completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration.

In my job, I manage a wide variety of services, networks, servers, and pretty much everything else that comes up and is part of the job.

In my free time, I run a Proxmox cluster that hosts Jellyfin, Immich, Vaultwarden, Paperless, Forgejo, Home Assistant, and a bunch of other stuff. 🖥️

I spend a lot of time working on smart home, home lab, and self-hosting projects, and I’m generally interested in anything related to tech and IT.

In this blog, I want to document what I’m up to, what I mess up, and maybe even what I eventually get working again 🤡.
